Hello, I'm Lawrence James. I'm the person behind WellTechFinds, based in Western Australia.

I come from a technical support background, with over 10 years supporting private businesses and public-sector organisations throughout Perth, Western Australia.

I built WellTechFinds to help everyday small business owners save money by making product image preparation simpler, without the need to learn complicated software, deal with never-ending expensive app subscriptions, or go through a heap of technical setup.

WellTechFinds is also backwards compatible, so the app can run on older Windows 10 and 11 computers without the need to spend money upgrading hardware just to keep up with app updates.

The idea is simple: try the software to see if it works for you, run it on your own Windows PC, and get the image work done faster yourself without needing to pay someone else to do it for you.

Every customer receives one-on-one technical support from me instead of an AI chatbot, and I value customer feedback so I can continue improving WellTechFinds and the service I provide.
